- OPEN CALL TO PARTICIPATE IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGEMS' ORNAMISM PROJECT! Are you attending the Schmucksymposium 2022 and would you like to contribute to this research project? During the symposium, Anneleen will collect data by making photos of your jewellery pieces worn on the body to co-create Ornamisms, a new jewellery creature, with. If you are interested in participating in this project, bring jewellery to the symposium! These can be pieces that you made yourself, that are made by another artist, or even historical, antique, commercial… jewellery pieces that you own. These photos will be used as a dataset to train a Machine Learning algorithm with and to create phygital jewellery. The original photos of the pieces (with their info) as well as a selection of the A.I. generated output, will be exhibited on this webpage, through prints and (potentially) a publication (format and location tbd depending on the course of the project).
